The main challenge of this project is to face the restructuring of an apartment in one of the most emblematic residential buildings in the history of Madrid architecture, "La Casa de las Flores", by the architect Secundino Zuazo, author of projects such as “Nuevos Ministerios” or “Palacio de la Música”.

The proposal respects to a large extent the existing distribution. The removal of a partition wall between rooms, and the new layout and design of holes made from floor to ceiling, means providing the house with a spatial quality more in line with the needs of our time (continuity and flexibility between differentiated uses).

A compact box covered with wood keeps inside the entire program for server and storage spaces, freeing the rest of the house surface.
